Jaguara Farm is owned by André Luiz Garcia, a third-generation coffee producer who has been an agricultural engineer and researcher for 15 years, and Natália Brito, a coffee connoisseur and trader for over 10 years. Jaguara's history began in 2001 with Antonio Wander (André's father) and two friends, both agricultural engineers, who decided to plant coffee for the first time.

The farm runs several quality projects each year, with a strong focus on experimental anaerobic and aerobic processes. In 2019, one of the micro-batches from Jaguara Farm was ranked the fifth best Brazilian coffee, receiving a score of 90.47 in the Cup of Excellence.

Jaguara Coffee has a strong focus on sustainability and social responsibility. For the past six years, the farms have achieved an 80% reduction in the use of agricultural chemicals.

They have been 100% self-sufficient in electricity use since 2021. They received Carbon Negative certification in 2023. Through their "Sementes para o Futuro" (Seeds for the Future) project, the company runs educational courses, experiences, and practical lessons for children in need.

This year, we are proud to bring you another delightful anaerobic fermented, sweet and complex Guara coffee from this meticulously cared-for farm!
