Panama Geshas have attracted attention with their performance in tasting competitions in the last 20 years with their unique structure and clear florality. However, contrary to popular belief, the first place the Gesha variety was planted in South America was Costa Rica.
This wonderful Gesha microlot grown by Roberto Laiva shows us that a coffee can have very complex flavors and still be very clean. Get ready for red fruits that will delight your palate.

In this workshop, we will witness the story of coffee from the soil to the cup and we will also be talking about the essentials of brewing a good cup of coffee as we actually brew coffee together.
There are very detailed processes that need to be understood and emphasized in order to better understand coffee and be a part of the Specialty Coffee Culture. In the future, we will also include more detailed workshops to evaluate each process separately.
The number of participants will be limited to 4 people.
